The Exec Room is published by Shobhit Singhal (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information the app collects — in short, it collects none.
Information we collect
None. The Exec Room does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It does not use any third-party software that collects data.
Information stored on your device
Everything the app needs to work is stored only on your device and never leaves it:
- Your progress, decisions, scores, and saved runs.
- Your Voice practice session history (scores, pace, filler counts).
- Your settings and preferences.
You can erase this data at any time from inside the app (More → Clear saved run) or by deleting the app, which removes all of its on-device data.
Microphone and Voice practice
The Voice feature uses your device’s microphone so Apple’s on-device speech recognition can give you feedback on your delivery. Audio is processed entirely on your device and is not sent to us or to any server. No recordings are stored or transmitted.
Purchases
Optional unlocks (additional weeks) are purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We receive no payment information from these purchases. Voice practice is free and is not a purchase.
Third parties
We share no data with any third party, because we collect no data. We do not sell personal information.
Children
The Exec Room is designed for working adults and is not directed at children under 13. We collect no information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new last-updated date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
